  • A proficient level of physical fitness is recommended for this trip. We will be hiking, biking, kayaking, star gazing – gather your strength and endurance and bring it with you! It’s also a great idea to practice hiking in the shoes or boots you plan to wear, as you will be in them for a majority of the time. The right approach to any adventure trip is “get in shape to go hiking in Peru!” and not “go hiking in Peru to get in shape.” You’ve got this!
